• Authentication Data: If you choose to log in via Google Sign-In, we receive your Google email address and basic public profile information.

• Chat Data: Text messages, voice messages, and vocabulary flashcards you create during peer-to-peer or AI conversations.
• Community Posts: Information you post on the public feed (Chits) to find language exchange partners.

C. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for push notifications).
• Usage & Analytics Data: App interaction data, practice progress, credibility scores, daily streaks, and credit balances.
• Crash Logs: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and trace errors to improve app stability.

D. Payment Information

If you purchase credits, the transaction is processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details, only the resulting credit balance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide the Service: Facilitating real-time matchmaking, live chat rooms, and AI-powered grammar and pronunciation feedback.
• AI Processing: Your chat messages are temporarily processed by third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs to generate translations, language suggestions, and roleplay responses.
• Communication: Sending you account-related emails (e.g., OTPs, password resets) and push notifications (e.g., chat requests, reminders).
• App Improvement: Analyzing usage trends and crash reports to debug and enhance the user experience.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our application. These include:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure cloud hosting and database storage.
• Google / Firebase: For Google Sign-In authentication, Push Notifications (FCM), and Crashlytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
